Navya Disha is dedicated to fostering accessible and affordable skill development through its Academy for Skilling and Entrepreneurship, structured as a Community College. Community colleges play a vital role for individuals who lack the resources or opportunities to pursue traditional university education. Community colleges offer opportunities for students who may not have thrived in high school or are pursuing alternative career paths. With flexible schedules and diverse programs, they cater to both full-time students and working adults, helping them balance education with other responsibilities. The goal is to equip individuals with practical, job-ready skills to boost employability after graduation.
Position Overview:
The ITES Trainer will empower community youth with essential skills in ITES, including customer service, BPO operations, and basic IT tools. This role involves delivering engaging training, mentoring students, and collaborating with local stakeholders to enhance employability. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth development and skill-building in the ITES sector.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of ITES trainer will be as follows:
- Deliver engaging ITES training sessions for students.
- Design and update training materials based on industry trends and student needs.
- Provide mentorship and support to students, addressing individual learning challenges.
- Assess student performance through evaluations and track progress effectively.
- Collaborate with local organizations to enhance training relevance and job placement opportunities.
- Promote the training program within the community to encourage participation.
Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Education qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT
- Work experience: Minimum 5-6 years of experience in ITES, Prior experience working with youth or in community development is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ITES operations, customer service practices, and basic IT tools (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and e-learning platforms is an advantage.
Language: Should be able to converse fluently in Kannada and English
